Endagsworkshop om inre omställning och “inner leadership for outer change” med Debbie Warrener från England.

Är detta något för dig?

So many of us sense that a different world is possible to the one we currently live in. We get glimpses of this from time to time and many of us are working to bring it to life. However how do we sustain ourselves in doing this work? And how can we increase our impact and effectiveness?

As changemakers it’s important to be aware that how we see the world, each other and ourselves impacts our actions and effectiveness. We’ve been conditioned into a sense of separation, scarcity and struggle and we carry this through in our work. Sometimes this can lead to burnout and overwhelm.

But this is not the whole truth. Actually we’re also always connected – with nature, each other and with our deeper selves. And living and acting from connection can bring us much greater joy, purpose and personal power. This is what Debbie Warrener calls ‘Inner Leadership for Outer Change’. This is a journey to finding your role – where your experience and qualities meet the needs of the world. And it’s also about coming home to yourself, our beautiful planet and to genuine deep connection with others.

Ultimately this is about increasing your impact, joy and fun – while also changing the world!

This will be an introductory workshop to Debbie’s Inner Leadership for Outer Change work. In this she’ll share tools, resources and inspiration to increase your impact and effectiveness as a changemaker. The workshop will include reflection and sharing, creative expression and play as well as connection with nature, like-minded community and your vision for change. You’ll get space to consider how you’re being called to contribute and tools and tricks for staying grounded, resourced and resilient.
